Hi, Yes, you can regain Admin access from the commandline. Simply run the "./dspace create-administrator" script in the [dspace]/bin/ folder similar to the Installation Instructions. See step 14 here: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/Installing+DSpace#InstallingDSpace-BackendInstallation
This script will create a new Administrative user with the email/password you provide. If that user already exists in the system, it will make that user an Admin and change their password to the provided password.
