In the Cronjob we have /dspace/bin/dspace doi-organiser -u -q ;
/dspace/bin/dspace doi-organiser -s -q ; /dspace/bin/dspace doi-organiser
-r -q ; /dspace/bin/dspace doi-organiser -d -q.
On the datacite site there is no record of new item, It seems that the
system give a doi

this error you quote know is different from the warning you quoted before.
It seems as if the item 2492 already got a doi, have you checked this.
You say "mint" no more do you only run update or the other commands too,
the order of the commands is important:

It seems that the system doesn't mint the doi.
When I insert a new item this haven't a doi and I don't undestand which is
