I was installing dspace 6.3 on windows 10.
Everything from
1. java (jdk-8u261-windows-x64),
2. apache-maven-3.6.3-bin,
3. apache-ant-1.10.8-bin to
4. postgresql -10.13-2-windows-x64 (created user, database and extension)
and
5. tomcat (apache-tomcat-10.0.0-M7), it is running
