Hi Mariusz,
Are you using the default settings for cc.license as they appear in
dspace.cfg? Especially make sure the "cc.api.rooturl" is the same:
https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/blob/main/dspace/config/dspace.cfg#L976-L1014
Strangely, the error log you shared almost makes it sound like an
Hi Karol,
Based on the details you've shared, it's really difficult to tell what may
be happening. It sounds like Tomcat is using your swap, so that'd imply
that it is overwhelmed. This could be that the DSpace backend is
overwhelmed at that time, or maybe something in Tomcat isn't "tuned"
Thanks again, Tim!
This helped me a lot:

Hi Dale,
I've never heard of this myself. I'd recommend verifying your local.cfg
file is in the [dspace]/config/local.cfg location (where [dspace] is the
location where DSpace backend is installed).
My best guess is either you are updating the wrong local.cfg (maybe one in
the source code?).

I suspect there may be an error occurring behind the scenes. I'd recommend
following the troubleshooting guide to look for errors in the UI or backend

Hi Elaine,
Can you go to the dspace.log file and run it again, and see if the log
file gives you any more information? It might point you to the line
of code where this is happening, and maybe that will shed some light.
Just from reading the error, it sounds like you have a table that
returns 3
I don't see error in dspace.log , however there is some info in
