On DSpace 6, I'm attempting to migrate my filesystem bitstreams to S3.
S3 (bitstore.xml) is correctly configured, however when I run:
$ [dspace]/bin/dspace bitstore-migrate -a 0 -b 1
I get the following error:

However we were able to resolve the issue thanks to a tip from Kim
Shepherd. The issue was with value-pairs used to populate this dropdown.

You will not be able to use a "~" in the path for DSpace. DSpace expects a
full directory path in the "dspace.dir" configuration, so you should figure out
what the full path is...it may be something like "/home/dspace" or similar

dublin core code for that tag.
