I have done a request a years ago with this problem but I haven't recived
any answer.

We are using DSPACE 6.3, to update our OAI index we tried to this command:
/dspace oai import -o
But the system answer with this error:
OAI 2.0 manager action started
So seems like it was the port number. I realized that when it failed to me
with port 587 the reason was that I had no SPF Record for the server so my
org Barracuda blocked it. Now I tried it with other mail domains and no
problem.
