Open the following directory
C:\dspace-6.2-src-release\dspace\target\dspace-installer open build file in
your editer and make scroll down and get line 792 and failonerror="yes"
chnge into failonerror="no"

Try to run first "ant test_database" ...
Send back the complete output.. also make sure that you have create
local.cfg file in dspace/config folder.
Also check that you are able to do telnet on database connectivity,
