Hi... We at Cornell University are running DSpace 1.8.2 (JSPUI) in production. I am getting ready to cut over our Production instance to DSpace 3.3 (JSPUI), but I have run into a problem in my testing. When I run the Embargo Lifter, it removes the Embargo date, but it doesn't set the embargoe

Did you reuse the older configuration? You should start from scratch with the DSpace 4 configuration and put your customizations in one-by-one instead of trying to "upgrade" your 1.6 configuration to 4. I'm not sure it will solve this particular problem, but it sure prevents many problems overall.
