We are seeing two separate issues related to bitstream / bundle permissions which may or may not be linked to https://jira.duraspace.org/browse/DS-776
The first issue is that Collection Admins don't appear to be able to upload additional files / bitstreams to bundles. The second issue is that Collection Admins don't appear to be able to change the permissions on individual bitstreams on a case by case basis. In each case we have to do this logged on as Administrator. Has anyone else managed to get this working? Am I just misunderstanding the authorisation section in the dspace.cfg?
