We have an item we would like to include in Dspace but the file size is
1GB. I had read that 2GB should work via the web but it's not. The

I also doubt if the upload size is depends largely on the capability
of the server and the network banwidth.
The default DSpace configuration allows uploading of 512MB, but if the
network speed is too slow, files of a few MB may fail to be uploaded.
