More DSpace Stats problem from the troublesome me - After the upgrading of
DSpace from 1.5 to 3.2, Comparing to the logs in 1.5, I have found the
stats being DOUBLED in the /reports/ (Static stats in Admin UI) .
I applied the DSpace 3.2 log4j.properties from the DSpace 3.2

I don't see that you got anything double in the log you posted. The
lines come from different classes (e.g. HandleServlet,
LoggerUsageEventListener), they just happen to print the same stuff.
Nothing wrong as far as I can see.
