Thanks for a quick reply Mark. I found the error, which was actually
setting the wrong form method in structural.xsl.
Apparently I had changed this earlier hoping to fix some character problems.

community, there is no "1.5.2" release yet. What you are referring to
is dspace "1.5.2-SNAPSHOT", which is the current bleeding edge of the
maintenance branch for which we do not yet have a release date on any
changes com
Continuing the experiment, I noticed that file upload doesnt work
either. There is nothing about this on dspace.cfg.

Im experiencing DSpace 1.5.2 (taken from svn branch 1_5_x). I noticed

dont know if this is caused by something I did or the installation
