Hi Rafael,
it should help just to try again. The Mirage2 builds depend on much of
external infrastructure and a little downtime in one component will
cause your build to fail

After diggin even more i found this message:

Thanks very much for responding. I'm actually trying to build
dspace-1.8.2-src-release. I tried what you suggested, and temporarily
moved bulkedit.cfg to another directory to see if it had an effect.
Here's the error that I'm presented when trying to build again:
