Version: DSpace 3.1 (XMLUI) 1. I did a fresh install (for the problem explained below), created admin, created xml workflow tables using postgres/xmlworkflow/xml_workflow.sql 2. Edited workflow.xml by duplicating editstep in default workflow and as result created 4 step workflow. workflow
