I've been using the most recent beta and have noticed somethings that I want

Are the users inside that IP range then going through EzProxy when

If so, EZProxy is forwarding requests to dspace for your client. Thus
depending on configuration of your EZ Proxy, the IP of the request is

Ok. I feel kind of goofy.
For whatever reason, DSpace didn't like the IP addresses being specified on
multiple lines. I put them all on one line in my config file, and everything
works beautifully now.

From your description, the error could be caused by incorrect character
encoding in your file that is named as "contents".
Make sure this "contents" file is **plain text**, with ANSI/ASCII
contents and NOT
I have gotten a little further with this issue now. I can now access the
site and click the login button and be directed to my CAS server, but
