Are you on JSPUI or XMLUI and do you have specific version of DSpace you're
on? I looked up the INFO message you have on "dspace dataSource not
eligible for getting processed" and "JNDI lookup failed" and the closest
thing I could find is that it's related to Spring. This is document

*1. go to dspace directory:*
* dspace index-discovery -f*
*Will find if dspace and posgres work???, If not, fix it first*
*2. try localhost:80 on browser. Is it work?? If not maybe something wrong
