I'm considering creating a DSPAM addin for Outlook 2010 which adds
SPAM|NOT SPAM buttons to allow users to easily retrain mail without
the web-ui or the need to forward emails to a retraining email address
(signature in body).
Would there be any interest in such a thing?

Heh... I totally forgot about all the preferences...
I would say more than just Outlook integration a great tool here would
be a webservices API that any client, Outlook, GroupWise etc could use
to perform DSPAM related tasks.
