There are a large number of analog FM repeaters on both 2m 70cm that should
cover O'Hare airport, however the CFMC SARA repeaters located in downtown

Im not a technician or ICOM guru but the Clone CPU circuit is used
with the cloning cable which allows you to connect two radios and transfer
programming data.
