Why do you have to e-mail them? They don't let you do it yourself?

You need to go back into your Gateway and add an entry for your "A" callsign...
Example attached. (I didn't hit "Update" on this one, as I don't have a DVAP,
it's just an example.)

Its not mandatory to have the "A" but it is suggested.

Bob you have to go BACK into the site and finish your regerestion and you do
not need the A on your call but you do in the reg page. if you need help I
am happy to try and help you or you can ask your Gateway admin for help most
of them can log in and fix it for you.
