1. FINAL RENT – as offered above, can be lowered till AED47.00
PER SQ FT Net to Landlordowner
2. MODE OF PAYMENTS – 2 cheque
3. INFRASTRUCTURE-HOW THEY WILL OPERATE/RACKING SYSTEM – the
client can install the
racking system, we can insure the same, if they want us to do
it, they must pay deposit for 50% costs and
balance we can adjust in rents prices
4. DOCUMENTATION PART/AGREEMENT – a simple MOU for service
agreement
5. INITIALLY THE AGREEMENT WILL BE FOR 1 YEAR AND LATER MIGHT
EXTEND FOR 2 OR 3
YEARS, this is OK
6. IS THE COMPANY WHO WILL BE TAKING THE WAREHOUSE OPERATE IN HIS
NAME OR WILL IT
BE THROUGH JUST RIGHT, it will be in name of landlord's
company name and modalities can be
worked out, as if the landlord are their CNF agents, we have
an inbuild office upstairs also
7. PERMISSION FOR JAFZA FOR OPERATING OR USING THE SAID
PREMISES?????? – legally we
process to make a sub lease, however practical solutions like
whole Jafza works
