I tested the tarball based on Dune 2.6 with gccs 5, 6, 7, 8 and clang 7. With
the gccs, 341 out of 343 tests pass, the remaining two, test_1p_gstat and
test_2p_cornerpoint, are not run. With clang, I get two additional failures:

        145 - test_md_facet_1p1p_tpfa_convergence (Failed)
        160 - test_1p_incompressible_tpfa_quad (Not Run)

I'll go ahead with the course and with lecture.

Betreff: [DuMuX] DuMux 3.0.0-rc1 released

The first release candidate for the upcoming 3.0.0 release is now

available. You can download the tarballs
(https://git.iws.uni-stuttgart.de/dumux-repositories/dumux/uploads/2394cb9a3b2274e53370c5b9be981e68/dumux-3.0.0.tar.xz)
or checkout the 3.0.0-rc1
tag via Git.

Please go and test, and report any problems that you encounter. The
final release of 3.0.0 will likely happen by the end of the week if no major
problems are reported.

Pleas note that DuMux 3.0.0 is a major version update.
Backwards-compatibility with 2.12 could not be maintained.
