Laskujahan voi aina laittaa, toinen juttu on se, pitääkö perusteeton lasku
maksaa.

 

Asiassa pitäisi ottaa huomioon mm. seuraavaa:

1)  Miten talon ja vahingoittuneiden laitteiden ukkossuojaus on
toteutettu

2)  Millaiset ovat taloyhtiön vakuutukset

3)  Millaiset ovat ”amatöörin” vakuutukset

4)  Miten ko. ”amatöörin” antennin ukkossuojaus on toteutettu

5)  Mihin salama tosiasiassa on iskenyt (tässä: ei antenniin, vaan sen
lähelle)

6)  Onko lupa antenniin vai ei – tällä ei vahingonkorvausasiassa ole
niin suurta merkitystä. Jos on lupa, tämä ei sulje pois tosiasiallista
korvausvelvollisuutta tuottamuksellisista vahingoista. Ja lupahan antennille
oli olemassa.

 

Muistelen kyllä, että ulkoantennin ei pitäisi lisätä salamaniskun
mahdollisuutta. Etenkään, jos antenni ei ole sijoitettuna paljon muuta
ympäristöään korkeammalle. Muutama metri ei siis tässä merkitse mitään.
Taloyhtiö ei liene hoitanut ukkossuojausta ja vakuutuksiaan hyvin – ja
yrittää maksattaa jutun sitten asukkaalla. Käsittääkseni ei ole mitään
vahvaa perustetta eikä syy-yhteyttä, jolla antennin omistajan pitäisi maksaa
taloyhtiön laitteisiin kohdistunut vahinko – ainakaan lehdissä olleiden
tietojen perusteella. Salama ei siis ole iskenyt ”amatöörin” antenniin, vaan
näkijähavaintojen mukaan vain sen lähelle! Tätä asiaa puoltaa sekin, että
laitteisto ei vahingoittunut.

Vertikaalin päässä muutama kerros alempana oli kiinni rigi, mutta se ei
mitenkään vahingoit-tunut. Vertikaalin asentamiseen oli isännöitsijän

Ilmeisesti maatasot jääneet tekemättä ja tulokset harrasteesta tuli sitten

Minusta hyvin tarpeellinen muistutus kaikille huolehtia asioista ennen kuin
se vahinko tapahtuu eikä sitten kun tappelee vakuutusyhtiön kanssa.
Itselleni kävi eräs 'hami' asentamassa katolle antennin n. vuosi sitten eikä
suojauksesta ollut puhettakaan. Nyt pitää laittaa.
