for a couple of minutes. Could make out the language, but unable to
determine the message. After
a few comments, music was presented. Signal improved from a poor to a fair
when the music was
Bolivia, 6134.807, Radio Santa Cruz, 0950-1005, Noted a single male in
Spanish
language comments. At 0956 a momentary break for music then back to
comments.
Some kind of automatic signal just south of Radio Santa Cruz causing
interference.
However, the signal was fair level still. (Chuck

still can hear a threshold signal with Spanish comments from a female. At
1002 a male also heard commenting. This is followed with some music.

type chanting by a male. Within
a minute a male comments in Indonesian language for a few minutes. He is
followed by a female also
commenting in Indonesian. At 1152, music presented. Signal was fair except
someone

RSC is alone on the freq

comments. Comments are very expressive. Signal is

Indonesia, 9680, RRI Jakarta, 1130-1145, Noted Jakarta
here with music and hosting by
a male and female in Indonesian language comments.
Noting the display, I see two signals
on or near this frequency. Jakarta seems to be on
9680.000 while a second station is
on 9680.046 KHz. This could be
Russia, 7330, Voice of Russia, 1155-1205, Prior to the
hour, heard the tone signal that
VOR usually transmits before their scheduled
transmission. The interesting observation of
this was there were two tones being transmitted. One
was on 7329.170 KHz and the other
was on 7330.836 both on
Peru, 3329.65, Ondas del Huallaga, 1028-1045, Got a
broadcast here of a male and possibly a
female in Spanish language comments. Can't make out
too any details of what is being said
due to the signal being interferred with by CHU. Ondas
del Huallaga best heard in LSB mode
at this time.

tune in, heard music until 0916 when a male
commences Spanish language comments. Back to music by
0918, Signal is muffled, but at a

Noted a male and female presenting
the news in Pidgin language. However, the audio was
too muffled to understand. The signal's

canned promos as I tuned in here. At 1026
heard a canned ID, and as usual the noised increased as
the signal faded. What's new? More
canned stuff followed, probably ADs. As I listened to
Brazil on this freq, I could hear a second
carrier
Russia, 5930, Radio Rossii, 0935-0945, Noted the usual
format of Russian comments
from male and female personages. Breaks included
music and canned promos.

especially when they are in the middle of a Huaynos music segment. Signal
was on the poor side this morning, but the music stood out well. After one
tune, noted a male and female in Spanish comments. Signal was poor by
Bolivia, 3309.95, Radio Mosoj Chaski, 0920-0930, Basically just about nil, every
once in awhile, however, a minuscule amount of audio is heard. On the other
hand, the carrier is easy to hear. At 0926 some audio fades in with a female
in Spanish language comments for the entire period. (Chuck

language comments. Between comments music presented. Signal was

with opening remarks and comments. She gives the news until
0911, then a male comments in Japanese. Signal so far, is very
poor. At 0915, the female returns. Signal improves by 0918 to

BTW, there is not only a ~ tilde on the n, but an accent on the o in Maranon.
EVERYONE leaves the latter off, even WRTH and native SS writing in Spanish, but
it is absolutely required as the name is stressed on the last syllable.

the last 15 minutes of the hour, the music was mainly that of ABBA
from a live concert it seemed. After a few ABBA tunes, the music
is mainly Russian pop music. Noted
