My QSL cards are printed and my dear wife is filling out replies to the
incoming mail card requests this week. I got a batch from my son and my
Texas address and those will be bulk mailed to son for remailing in USA.
Most incoming arrived in Thailand and those, of course, will be responded to

PSK3 is not a valid mode-tag within a LOTW-upload. You should use PSK31. The
list of modes, which are accepted by the LOTW, is enclosed below.
I am also logging with DX4WIN, and I remember, that there has been a problem
in the past, but the current version (7.02) exports correctly (PSK31).
You can apply for another certificate (using the TQSLCert program) for
additional calls, old or new.
Creating the actual request for the extra certificate is quick, simple, and
once the cert request is generated, it can be uploaded or emailed to the
server.

LOTW rejected all my PSK31 QSOs. I am using DX4WIN v 5.03 and used the PSK3
mode for logging. Did I choose the wrong mode? Thanks again
