During one of my visits to Japan, I learned that there are competing
factions, with no co-operation what so ever.
It sounded strange to me, that their culture is different from ours.

Well, 73 mag fought with ARRL and QST for years and had competing
organizations. There are two national ham clubs in Thailand and same in
