First Thanks for all the resposes.
Here are the important points contained in the responses:
1. MANY are still waiting on the QSLs
2. A recent email response from the QSL Manger
( F5OGL ) said that he had over 10,000 QSOs to go and to NOT send another
QSL request! More email to him
Have all of the TO4E QSLs been sent out?? I
still haven't received and need to know if I need to send another
request.
Thanks

Steve, the end of March is the deadline for DXCC Honor Roll and the end of September
is the deadline for DXCC Challenge and your scores in DXCC Year Book.
end of march is deadline for HONOR ROLL submission, september is for general listing.
i received email a couple of weeks ago from t04e/ww qsl manager saying that they were waiting on qsls from printer and would be doing their best to have them in mail for march deadline, but couldn't promise.
Does anyone know what the projected release of their cards might be
Also, is the deadline for DXCC submissions the end of March vs. Sept?
Thanks for your patience.

I looked at my contacts the morning prior to the shut-down
of the site, and as I recall, all I saw that I am sure of was band.
I don't remember if mode was shown, but certainly no more detail than
band and mode.

Its odd,
The online Log is properly formated: Band -- Mode - Callsign,
wildcards have been widely used by many former DX'peditions

I wonder what the DXCC Desk member saw so abnormal in these ?

It is apparently the "instant gratification" thing that many Americans
seem to suffer from these days. They want it right now! Of course, we
have been fortunate and haven't had to endure any significant hardships
for several generations so that may be the reason.
Personally, with all but five

There was a fairly good opening this morning beginning
around 0715 E.S.T. (1215 UTC) from TO4E to USA as
far North as PA, and as far West as TX along the sunrise
gray-line. This was on 12M CW.
As the Winter solstice is approaching, the Earth is getting
