Hi Fred, I wish we knew more about that one, too. Have the operators ever made a statement about what happened and what documentation they were given and by whom? Did they ever actually send it in to ARRL? That is one of two 7O1 stations I've worked and neither count for DXCC. 73, Zack W9S
