On their webpage it says you can donate via paypal, but it does not say to whom
we are supposed to donate. It says to put your call
in the comment box of paypal, but where do we send the money?

If you use OQRS to QSL you can donate there.

The writeup on their web page isn't very clear, but I went through it and
here's what happens:
Start at http://www.yemen2012.com/log.php and enter your callsign. You'll
get the chart showing where the contacts have been made, along with a
button below that to Request QSL Click on that, then fill
On the 7O6T website, go to the Support page and scroll to the bottom.
Then click on Donate and it will lead you through making your donation.
I think they will miss out on some donations because it's hidden at the
bottom of the page.

I have credit cards and a paypal account. As I said earlier I have been to the
