Yes, PropView will do that. If you also install Commander, PropView can be configured to QSY your transceiver to monitor the next beacon in the schedule you've defined. If you also install DXView, you'll see the location and beam heading for the current beacon displayed on a world map; optionally, DXView can be configured to rotate your antenna to the beacon's heading.
PropView, Commander, and DXView are all members of the freeware DXLab Suite.
