Hi Tom: I agree with your stance on timely LOTW submissions. I support the 6 month rule. However, it is your choice to ask for a confirmation now or wait for it. The Colvin Award (administered by the ARRL) states 12 months uploads. Complaining about the $5 is that red herring.
