[DX-CHAT] ZL9, Deletions, and other goodies

Let me put your minds at ease, or in a state of turmoil, whichever fits.  Here is the text of a note that I receiver yesterday from Bill Moore regarding deletions:

Hi Mike:
In order to be deleted it much meet certain criteria. See Section II rule 5 (Removal Criteria).
In the past countries have been inactive for many years and did not get deleted. I believe Albania was off for 20 years or so and came back on in the early 90's. So, just inactivity would not cause a deletion.
