Have you been near a Dollar Store or 99 cent store lately ? While I haven't checked, I could swear they had them, although they might only be the No. 10 business size, which is not what you want. That might also imply that they are made by MEAD company, who does most of the school supplies around here, and should be shipping with most of the other stuff that will be turning up on shelves very soon.

A number of years ago I went the route of having an rubber stamp made
with PAR AVION AIRMAIL on the stamp. I use a red
ink pad and use standard 3 5/8 x 6.5 envelopes.
In the long run...It's cheaper unless you need lightweight
envelopes.

Also the USPS stickers come in at least two sizes, maybe more.  Just ask 
for them at any Post Office window, they should have them in their stamp 
drawer.
