Hi Larry,
I use http://www.topozone.com quite a bit. After I've located my general
area, I usually select the features 1:25000 and LARGE at the top of the
map. At the bottom you can choose to display UTM coordinates, decimal
degrees or deg/min/sec. I usually use the latter. At the bottom of
I think a lot of those just use the zip, which can cover a large area
(not that propagation is that sensitive to small changes in location).
As I recall, Buckmaster was a bit closer than the others when I checked
a previous QTH. You can edit the listing at QRZ to put in the correct
lat/long.
Good Luck on that Zack. I went there and found a High
school where it has not been since one year before I graduated in 1957,
and the 30 year old neighborhood where I live isn't shown on the
map..
