Danhuman nature ensures that there will be cheaters in any endeavor; amateur radio is not an exception. I know... it's just a particularly silly context for cheating. If you take a dive in boxing at least you get some money. If you cheat at Harvard at least you get a diploma that helps

Where do you get one of those UP machines that seems to be needed to work E44M? Do you get it on e-bay? No, it comes free when both LIDS and DX COPS forget that ham radio is supposed to be fun and no one in the real world actually gives a damn if you're on the Honor Roll or have 5BDXCC.
