I have made a gallery of QSL (old, very old etc..) and in this gallery
you can find an important album of QSL from the french antarctica
territories (more than 190 cards/operators). You can see that at

"Old" style IRCs are still valid in the UK also and as Mike says should be
so everywhere.
But, because so many DX stations are now refusing to accept them,
I'veexchanged all my stocks at the POfor the appropriate postage
stamps and now buy "new" ones for QSLing.
