ANDORRA, C3. Finn, OV8FM and Martin, 5P1M will be QRV as C3/OV8FM
and C3/5P1M, respectively, from February 10 to 13. Activity will be
on 40 and 20 meters using SSB, RTTY, SSTV and PSK. QSL via OV1A.
Do Andorra authorities issue licenses/permits to non-residents again ??
Or is it allowed to operate from C3 under CEPT agreement now ?
