The only ERs I've received a response from, both via buro, since they
started using the ER prefix is ER5AL and ER4OT.

I've got a card from ER2NB for a PSK contact in June 2001. I
used a different logger then and didn't keep track of the method used to
QSL accurately then, so I'm not sure if it was direct or via the bureau,
though I see his entry on qrz.com says he qsls using both of
those.
