I can attest to at least 100 guys who have reported to me they got their
QSLs. The cards are coming out everyday. I would guess that at least one
person for the last 30 days has reported receiving their VU4 (NRO or RBI)
QSL. They seem to still be coming out.

I have heard nothing and, according to the WEB site,
they have not received my cards as yet!! (Worried)...
