I took some IRCs to the post office today, and they first tried to
tell me I had to have something to mail. I showed them the rules that

At least they know what a IRC is! I went today spent 40 minutes trying to
explain to them what it is. Finally accepted it. I could probally send old
IRC's after Dec. 31st and they'll except because they don't know what they are!
