I agree with Joe. DX Summit (OH2AQ) is loaded with HK0OEP spots in
early August. There also were a couple HK0AEP mis-spots. I'm a little
surprised N0JT didn't make that suggestion to you when he returned your
card! Good luck, try again.

WA4FFW, the QSL manager for 3Y0C, had a statement in the DX bulletins that
basically said he was doing the DX (outside of the US) first then the US. He
wants to give the DX (and US) a chance to submit to DXCC before September 30.
