Hi All, I have been using Eaton Air Mail Envelopes, which are 3 7/8 by 7 1/2 (98 x 191 mm) in size. The fit, without folding, in to a plain #10 business envelope which I stamp AIR MAIL but which I can also use for domestic mail. I would estimate that more that 95% of QSLs will fit in the

I use Bill Plum in Flemington, NJ ( area code 908). Don't know his number, but info can get it for you. He sells the two sizes for round trip air mail. You can get them imprinted as well, to save time ( that's what I did). He also sells foreign postage stamps, which eliminates the need for green
