Yep, I received .80 cents for each IRC in the form of stamps of my choice of face values. (Even those IRCs dated before the price increase of them!!!). This is really better than my stocks' performances! I must say the P. O. clerks really got into the fun of counting all those IRCs. PS

Just a clarification...per the UPU, and per the current USPS Int'l Mail Manual, the coupons issued anytime after Jan 1 1975 are good 'indefinitely'. I agree that the current ones are likely to be phased out...heck, I can take an IRC purchased in another country in 1975 and get 80
