But they aren'tListen to 11175 for interesting air/ground comms. Nothing tactical which is usually passed by satcom. Very little of the HF comms used by our military is encrypted. Of course, everyone knows that and no sensitive information is passed in the clear unless it is an emergency. "

I couldn't work them on 17 to save my axx in spite of a KW and antenna at 70'. I did get them on 30 and 12 meters with 100 watts though. Go figure. You are right though, it was tough to follow their patterns. Don't ask me why but it always seemed they were where I wasn't. 73, Steve, N4JQQ Ch
