The offending signal at my QTH on the west coast (Vancouver Island) is S8
and certainly seems to be coming over the pole from Europe, bearing 30
degrees from here.

are a number of people subscribed here that can actually do something
should the offending entity be located..BUT AS USUAL..things are
going to get nasty...SO.
I suggest that what with the information already on hand
