I am looking for an amateur that operated in Somalia during the
United States military operation(s) there between 1992-1993.

I have a few questions for a research project that I am helping with.

If you did operate there, please contact me direct. Essentially I am
looking for the procedure that you might have gone through to operate
amateur radio there. The paperwork, if any, involved in that
operation and if your operation was submitted and accepted by the
DXCC desk, what was needed (documentation, etc) for approval. In
addition, what interaction you may have had with other amatuers
operating in the Somalia theater at that time.

Again, please respond direct. All repsonses will be kept
confidential. Thank you in advance for your help
