I happened to be chatting with a non-ham about some remote islands
that were European possessions, and he mentioned Bassas Da India,
which I never heard of.
Being the DXer that I am I had to check it out :.) It's located between
Juan de Nova and Europa, in the Indian Ocean, west of
I did a Google search and it appears that Bassas da India is underwater
at high tide, which makes it a non-counter for both DXCC and IOTA.
