I completely understand the 5BDXCC pursuit... been there, done that !!
I guess I look at the QUALITY of the QSL being received by any
manager, or individual first as the cause for these problems.

a quick point..I find that II am VERY current with current operations. If a
station I have works a contest...I try to answer the stations quickly...as I get a
pile and it's easy to do that. However, after a few years, I tend to batch them, and
thus it may take a month or two, or
To whomever sent the UNSIGNED reply... GET A LIFE...this IS DX...!!
If you don't get a QSL for an award application how're you gonna
apply..DUH!
