My experience with direct-QSLs to East Europe is,
that many letters with included IRC's or $ were stolen. Seems, too many people
on the route need the money...Why we dont't use our bureaus? Many of the
needed cards came back via bureau, e.g. UN3G, UN7QX, UT5JDS / JAJ, UT3LA, EM5U,
I have come up with 2 QSL managers for the upcoming Ducie Op (VE3HO and
DL1XX). Does anyone know which one is correct? - John Owens (N7SEJ).
