This morning's NY Times announced the cessation of Yugoslavia as a
country; in its place will be Serbia and Montenegro, though it wasn't
made clear (to me at least) to what degree the two nations will be
co-joined. If there is appropriate independence, it may result in
Montenegro, the smaller of

0700Z is the middle of the night. I doubt very much that they will set foot
on the island until well after sunrise, which is around 1440Z. Add a guess
for how long it will take to get basic survival stuff ashore, and then set
up a station.

P5.
To say the least I must say some of the comments amazed me and then some
shocked me.
To start making a multitude of comments here like may others would
obviously be a waste of time. Surely the ARRL is the place to be seen
BEFORE WE START THIS ALL OVER AGAINTHIS IS BEING FORWARDED TO DX-
CHAT FOR FURTHER DISCUSSION AND COMMENTS.
