I need some information.
I just received cards back from the DXCC desk. 2Q's on my QSL card for
XW0X were returned with this explaination:
Invalid Date Range.
There were 2Q's on the QSL card that were questioned. The dates of the
Q's were:
20 October 2001
31 October 2001
